Does this count as evading the police?

i was driving down the road when a cop ped me going the other way. when he ped me it looked like he pointed at me and i think he may have turned his lights on. It was hard to tall because it was very bright out and the sun was a bit in my eyes. i understod this as being pulled over so i slowed down and pulled to the side for almost a full minute but didnt see the officer turn arround to come back. it was a hilly area so i didnt see him once he went by but i dont think he turned around. i went about 50 all the way down the road to my turn looked behind and he still wasnt there so i turned and kept on driving. my worry is that he got my license plate on camera or something and im going to get a huge mess for this. suggestions?
