Braces help?

Hi, I had a gap in between my front teeth too and I felt the exact same way. I was 25 though when I got braces..lol. My orthodonist explained all my options to me and really pushed invasalign on me because I was so old getting braces. But ..you have to wear invasalign twice as long as regular braces and it's very very expensive (like 7k..can you believe that?) So I got the regular braces and since my teeth weren't that bad..I only wore them for a year. Best 3k I've ever spent.
