i have been doing so well on my diet i lost one stone and a half, but recently i keep over eating for no reason at all apart from the fact that i can't have it...today i had an apple, skinny hot chocolate, a crumpet and a teacake loaded with er, a small french cake thing then some low fat soup a banana then binged on loads of bloody special k :( did i eat too much? can anyone please motivate me back to my old glorious ways? thank youu!!!! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
