How do I create common column titles on multiple excel worksheets?

I have a repair log in excel that I will need to use to track maintenance on 75 vehicles. I have 75 worksheets in one xls file that will all have the same column titles. Is there a way to type it in Worksheet 1 and without having to copy and paste it 74 times have it appear on all my worksheets? Thank You!
