BMX Bike.. DK Convex or FIT PRK1?

Hey all, I'm interested in getting a new bmx. I currently ride an 06 Hoffman Disrupter EL1. Yea, it's heavy. So I wanted a lighter 20" with gyro that wont break the bank. Which of the two would you suggest, any further suggestions also welcome.
