Does this guy sound single...?

I was seeing this guy, and I recently found out that he shares a two bedroom apartment with another guy , but the weird thing is that he stays exaclty upstairs from his sons mother, plus he watches his sons mothers children while she works night, plus his baby mother and he works for the same company, then another thing is that the apartment that she lives in downstairs from him is in his name"Zakee Sitchell"(which is on the apartment phone directory)...then I recently seen some pictures where he was at his sons basketball game, and his sons mother was in the background of the pictures, on his facebook page, he has his relationship status as single, and his sons mother is one of his facebook friends, and there isnt any pictures of him and his sons mother together,plus I showed up at his house unannounced and i asked were they together she started yelling at me causing a scene "saying ask him, dont ask me"...lol, and he came out from his neighbor house and grabbed her, telling her to stop.. so tell me what does all this mean?...what do you guys think?
