Where should I go on vacation?

I am looking to plan a 1 week trip and I have no idea where I would want to go but I kind of want a place that isn't too well known. I want it kind of quiet but I am looking for a place with amazing views. Nothing like beaches. I lived in Florida for 15 years I know what a beach looks like. I mean it would have to be an amazing beach! I am kind of in the mood for something rustic like in the mountains but something with history at the same time. Again it doesn't have to have all of that but I want to be able to have fun by myself. Any suggestions? Thanks again!
