Will electric current flow through bone and skin?

X, not sure where your going but 5-10 volts won't shock your cat! Insofar as electricity ping through any part of your body, and the voltage is above 32 volts, yes you can be shocked limited by the source and the resistance of the path. Electricity doesn't care if it's bone or skin, just determined by resistance to ground. It also doesn't really care about the frequency generated.
