Yamaha TTR110 or Honda CRF 80?

I'm in the market for an off road bike for my 10 year old son. He is 90lbs and 4'5". He had a CRF50 when he was 7. Right now he has 90cc ATV but wants to go back to motorcycles. I'm undecided between the semi automatic Yamaha or Kawasaki 110cc or the Honda CRF80 with a clutch. He reaches the floor with his feet on all three bikes. The Honda fits him better but it has a clutch. Which motorcycle would work better for him. Which bike is faster, has more low end torque. Any opinions are welcome.
