Best friend won't talk to me...what can I do?

She seems cranky and unreasonable. I think you were in the right, whatever your job is a good friend would understand that you can't be around that sort of thing, right? And you have already done so much so its not you at all, its just this one thing. I think being sick is just making her miserable and prone to blaming problems on other people.
